Worldwide Shipping

At Lime Glow Commerce t/a OraNexa Glow, we deliver worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, and the exact amount is always displayed before you complete your purchase — no hidden fees, no surprises after payment.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During high-demand periods such as sales, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed if there's a delay.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–14 business days depending on your location. Customers closer to our fulfilment hubs typically receive orders on the faster end of that range.

Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or peak-season volumes can occasionally extend delivery times.
• Total time from order to doorstep = processing time (1–3 business days) + delivery time (3–14 business days).

Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our prices and shipping fees exclude VAT, sales tax, customs duties, and import fees. Depending on your country's regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are:

• Determined solely by your local customs authority
• Not included in your order total
• The responsibility of the customer

We are unable to predict, calculate, or reimburse customs charges. If you refuse a shipment due to customs fees, any costs incurred (return shipping, fees, or disposal) may be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for complying with all import and tax regulations in your country.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Undeliverable & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund for the product value, excluding shipping fees and any costs incurred.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your tracking link for the latest status.
2. Check with neighbours, your building reception, or your local post office — parcels are sometimes held nearby.
3. Contact us if the parcel still can't be located, and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, it is in the care of the delivery service, and we are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. We are also not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, any claim will be pursued with the carrier, and remedies are limited to the outcome of that claim, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Multiple Shipments

To get your products to you as quickly as possible, items in the same order may occasionally ship separately and arrive at different times. You'll receive tracking for each shipment, and you'll never pay extra for split deliveries — you only pay the shipping shown at checkout.
